Judith found herself at Lululemon where she discovered her passion for social impact. Through several projects dedicated to community support and brand awareness for Lulu in Quebec, Judith found her love for finding new ways to make an impact and push the limits of her imagination.
Thomas started his career at GSoft where he was tasked with leading the brand in their pursuit of a B Corp certification. While doing so, he developed a unique structure that led to quicker progress in the completion process. Nearing the end of his projects at GSoft, he came to the realization that he was ready to start his own enterprise aimed at bettering other brand’s business practices.

Alexandra nurtured her desire to have an impactful career through 5 years of experience at a non-profit organization. Working at the heart of the development of a social mission allowed her to develop her mobilizing leadership and creativity. Having studied in organizational psychology, she is also passionate about the human transformation of corporate cultures.
