OBJECTIVES
LG2 doesn’t do things by halves. Even less so when it comes to responsible communication. When the HR team approached us, it was clear: to train over 100 employees in English and French, distributed across two offices (Montreal and Quebec), despite busy schedules.
Our mission: to design and deliver a series of trainings to better communicate and equip work teams with time management methods to help them be better organized, more productive, and reduce team stress.
MAIN ISSUE
Provide training to over a hundred employees despite busy schedules.
We offered hybrid formats. And above all, we made the content relevant and concrete so that every minute invested was worth it.
